Patricia Williams-Seymore
Owner & Program Director
Seymore and Shine Tutoring Co.
Patricia is a passionate educator with over 10 years of experience teaching early childhood and elementary school students. As both the owner and program director of Seymore and Shine Tutoring Co., she brings a deep understanding of child development, individualized instruction, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
A longtime advocate for academic excellence and joyful learning, Patricia is well-versed in local district curricula, including Eureka Math, Bridges, UFLI, Fountas & Pinnell etc. Her extensive classroom experience has equipped her with the skills to accurately assess students’ needs and design personalized learning plans that help children meet and exceed their academic goals.
What truly sets Patricia apart is her unwavering belief in the power of positive affirmations in the learning environment. She integrates daily affirmations into her sessions to help boost children’s confidence, self-worth, and love for learning. Her nurturing approach not only supports academic growth but also fosters resilience, enthusiasm, and a lifelong curiosity in every child she teaches.
